What languages do you support?

Viva Translate supports 108 languages. This includes common languages such as English, Spanish, and Chinese, as well as less common ones such as Amharic, Haitian-Creole, and Tagalog.

Does Viva Translate recognize "slang" and industry-specific terms?

Our free plan is a general-use model that does not recognize these terms.

However, a custom plan, organizations have the option of integrating custom translation glossaries for industry-specific terms as well as regional slang. Our translation model will also ensures accurate translation by recognizing commonly misspelled words and grammatical errors. Contact us to learn more about our custom solutions.

What is the pricing for Viva Translate?

How does Viva Translate ensure privacy and security for users?

Our team takes privacy and security seriously. We are currently working towards being fully compliant with NIST and HIPAA. Additionally, Viva Translate follows standard web security standards and encrypts all messages in our database.

Do my customers and/or clients also need a Viva Translate account?

No, there is no setup or download required for your customers and clients. They receive your translated messages through SMS text messaging. As long as they have a text messaging plan, they will be able to send and receive your messages.

What platforms do you support?

Viva Translate can be accessed on any computer or mobile phone. Organizational users simply log in to their existing accounts to instantly access their messages and clients.

Question 7

Can I completely replace human interpretation?

Viva Translate excels at translating logistical conversations such as scheduling, reminders, client updates, intake, greetings, etc. For highly technical or complex conversations, please consult your individual program administrators for additional guidance or contact us at for additional questions.
